VIRTUAL COLLECTIONS

To allow a more personalized adaption to the wishes of the collector or the technical requirements of an architectural concept, these artworks are created by digital painting and are presented as virtual collections (vicos). They can be inserted by the artist into photographs of the client’s rooms or architectural blueprints. In collaboration with the artist, the proposed dimensions of the artwork can be adjusted to the buyer’s preferences. The price will be adapted to the size of the work. Once the adjustments finished, the artist will be commissioned to realize the painting.

DELIVERY TIME: 6-8 weeks.

TECHNIQUE AND STYLE: The Vicos-paintings are realized on a plywood support, overlaid with elaborate collage work. The actual painting is executed on this subfont, which makes for a «brut» surface. The interaction of clear-cut geometric drawing and tactile materiality is a key element of the collection.

AND THIS IS HOW IT WORKS/

  1. Choose one or several favourite work(s) from the collections below

  2. Send photographs of your wall(s) to the artist vasmembers@gmail.com, who will virtually install the artwork(s). This is not done by some unidimensional AI device. The artworks are inserted by hand, respecting proportions, shadows and perspective, so that potential clients get a perfectly «real» impression of how the works will look in their room.

  3. Placement and size of the work will then be adjusted to the interior and to the preferences of the collector.

  4. This done, the price of the artwork, delivery time and shipping conditions will be fixed by the two parties.

  5. Once the parties agree on all points, the artist will be contractually commissioned to realize the painting.
